A Message from the Faithful Navigator

July 2008

A very special “Thank You” to Past Faithful Navigator Frank Bruehl for an outstanding job of leading the Father James Knight Assembly 3070 through our first year! Frank, you did a great job!

Our Assembly is off to a great start and with your help we will continue to grow and demonstrate the principle of Patriotism throughout our parish, community, and state.

Congratulations and a warm welcome to our newest Sir Knights Michael Friedt, Michael Jaques, and Alex Jewell. Thanks also to Frank Bruehl, Ray Hulley and Ralph Latimer for witnessing this Fourth Degree Exemplification in Tulsa and welcoming our new Sir Knights!.

Among the accomplishments of the assembly this past fraternal year were the establishment and presentation of the Father James Knight Patriotic Service Award at All Saints School. The award which consists of a permanent plaque that resides at the school, an American Flag that flew over our nation’s capital, and the Fourth Degree Patriotic Service Certificate was presented at Graduation Ceremonies to Miss Morgan McCalmon.

Sir Knights met at the home of FN Frank Bruehl to properly, and respectfully retire tattered and damaged American flags. Those participating included Bob Crissman, Ray Hulley, Robert Culbert, Frank Bruehl, Sam Warnecke, and Bernie Denker.

Our next meeting is Monday, August 12th! Hope to see you there!
